This is a piece to retain a common size of earpiece plugs to the top of the Icom IC-T70 radio.
I've tested it with a number of third party 2-pin Icom handsets, monophones, earpieces etc. and they all seem to be roughly the same so there's a good chance it will fit yours too!
A 1.5mm slot is cut in the side to let you slip the wire through, and up to 13 mm wide antenna bases can be used without interference.
When mounted it retains the plug body, preventing accidental removal since you have to remove the antenna first.
Update: 2017-10-14: I noticed the FA-S270C antenna has the center pin quite far away from the edge, the original part is tall enough that this antenna won't work.
I've uploaded a _Short variant that in theory sits 1mm closer to the radio, but you may still need to use a file/dremel to get everything right if you want to use the original antenna.
The original part works well with all my Diamond/Nagoya/Comet third part antennas (I tested the SRH-536, Comet SMA-24 (my favourite), and the Comet SMA-209 stubby).
The typical SMA antenna has the center pin less than 1 mm from the bottom, while the Icom antenna center is around 2.7 mm from the bottom.
I printed mine with no raft and tree-like support with the base of the part 1mm above the table.

Added detail drawing in case someone else needs the measurements.
