This is a replacement floppy drive bezel for IBM PS/2 models 50, 50Z, and 70. The IBM part number is 15F7534.
Yes, it's supposed to print sideways. Print with full support. I recommend printing with a raft so the left corner will be straight (unless you're confident you won't have any bed adhesion issues).
Note that it can be a challenge to remove the support structure. I used side cutters and pliers. Be sure to wear safety glasses since pieces can fly off in unexpected directions.
