The IAG house (formerly NZI house) is a 29 level multi-use office tower in the heart of Auckland's CBD. It construction was completed 1988 with Argentinean Red Dragon Granite with a copper tinted glass façade. It is 104m/34ft at its highest point, Contains 2 levels of retail plus a health club which offers a tennis court, swimming pool and fitness gym.
