I got a pair of TR8*4 leadscrews from RobotDigg, as well as the anti-backlash nut that require substantial changes to the X-ends on my Prusa i3.. so I'm designing my own.
Linear Stepper Nema17 w/ 300mm Tr8*4 Leadscrewhttp://www.robotdigg.com/product/557
Anti-backlash Nut for Tr8*4 Lead Screwhttp://www.robotdigg.com/product/344
I designed the X-ends to hold a captive LM8LUU bearing (8x15x45mm), retained by M3 screws at the top and bottom.
Since the diameter of the anti-backlash nut is rather large, this required that I space out the distance between the smooth rod and the threaded rod to 26 mm (vs 20).
I will also be designing altered motor mounts for the Z axis to take this into consideration.

Update 1: Printed out X motor end, it fits the bearing and 8mm nut well - but I had to revise the motor part to be a bit thicker. Also made the belt pathway wider, to 10mm, so it can handle a 9mm-wide belt.
