HyperVolt motor mount

Athletic trainer at local high school had this expensive massage tool to help athletes and someone broke it. The original part was mounted to the motor with 3 screws and attaches to the frame with 4 inserted rubber grommets held to the base housing with 4 screws. At some point the original mount fractured off one of the grommet mounts on the corner. Disassembly required a small automotive puller to get the metal offset reciprocation piece off the motor shaft. The repair part was designed by taking some measurements and manipulating shapes in TinkerCAD then fabricated with Anycubic Kossel 3D printer. The new part is thicker and reinforced in an attempt to be more durable, but part robustness has yet to be determined. Time will tell. This is version 2. A version 3 would involve more precise placement of the 3 mounting screws. Two of them had to be moved about 1 mm and all had to be chamfered deeper with a larger drill bit giving the screws a low enough seat to expose enough threads and securely hold the mount. But it works and was a small donation of time to keep the athletic trainer within budget and the athletes more comfortable.
