Building my second HyperCube. This one will have a true 300x300 (actual wound up being 285 x 285) build platform. Z-Axis height is yet to be decided.( before some reowrk it is 255) I am using 8020, 25 series(?) aluminum extrusion for the framework, but 20 series for the build platform. I tore apart my HICTOP 3DP11 printer for the motors, rods, and framing. I had to redesign the parts that mount to the framework to accommodate the larger extrusion size. I have also redesigned the z axis lead screw mount and guide rail mounts, and they are all one unit now. Should help with the bed wobble I am experiencing with Hypercube16. Bed wobble was fixed by using dual16mm Ball screws for the Z Axis.
