Update 20180324:
I uploaded new Conveyor Belt Mounts
I uploaded a Conveyor Motor Mount for the direct drive
I uploaded a new fusion 360 archive file with the changes
Overview:
This is my attempt at a conveyor belt printer with "infinite" Z height.
I used tech2c Hypercube Corey for the XY movement - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1752766
Then I designed the conveyor with the bed tilted at 35 degrees.
The software code I got from William Steele and changed it a little bit for my use - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2358314
I published videos on Youtube to show the progress.https://www.youtube.com/user/ZechyChttps://youtu.be/EojScsV528o
I'm busy working on the stainless steel belt. William Steele gave me some pointers that I will implement. In a nutshell - the shim should overlap and use lots of kapton tape that overlaps for tensile strength when you tighten the belt:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HxymWwjpkfw
I attached the Fusion360 archive. The project is very messy. I'm still learning Fusion360.
I used 0.05mm stainless steel shim stock for the belt and kapton tape to close the loop.
