HyperCube E3D mount with M18 probe (sensor) by ziemowitp

This a remix of Tech2D's Hypercube E3D extruder mount with M18 probe. I didn't like any of the ones I saw because they seemed a bit clunky so I created this solid piece.
I used the following settings for Marlin firmware:
define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 28
define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -5
define Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 0
