Hug cookie cutters.
About 7.6x5.5cm
If you use them straight off the printer using PLA or something - be aware that food particles stick between layers even when cleaned, so should only be used once and discarded, unless you coat it with something.
Apparently, only a masochist attempts to shape shortbread-type stuff. But it's so damn tasty. but the dough is really not ideal. It keeps on starting to melt and need cooling or it fall apart as you're working with it. But so tasty.
Zandkoekjes recipe (the exceptionally complex short-bread-type thing my baker great-grandfather used....)
3 parts (by weight) flour
2 parts (by weight) butter
1 part (by weight) castor sugar
mix. separate mixture in half, add cocoa (I added about 2 heaped TBS cocoa, and this was perfect) to make a chocolate version.
Bake at 200 degrees C for 10-15 min (watching carefully for burning)
I used one part as 100g, spilled a significant amount on the floor, and came out with 14 biscuits.
