This is a hoseclamp I needed for a project. It's designed to clamp the outside of the hose so that the internal diameter is not impinged (much). Clamping the outside of silicone hoses is difficult, as they are very soft. It's designed for 8mm ID/10mm OD silicone hoses.
In addition to my current project, this is also part of a peristaltic pump I'm planning.
