Hoover / vacuum adapter from water balloon sticks by gborus

Hi there,
I was thinking what I can make out of those used water balloon sticks. Actually it's possible to "refill" them with balloons, however I was thinking a bit differently.
What if I would make a hoover adapter for it to use as it would be a "Dust Daddy Cleaning Brush" I was seeing on aliexpress.

OD: 38mm decreases towards the thread to 37.5mm
ID: 34.5mm decreases towards the thread to 33.5mm
