These are minor parts intended to modify a 'Honeywell Home North 770 Series Half-Mask Respirator' https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002C08YCW/
By removing the central outlet you can install the Nato threaded connector in the center of the mask, locking it in-place with the Nut part.
Pop out the two inlets on either side of the mask and flip them 180' turning the inlets into outlets of the mask. You can then slide one of the 'AirOutflow' parts over each of the outlets to protect the thin rubber there.
