Part on my honeywell fan broke couldn't find a replacement so made one.
Original part was very brittle metal so due to this PLA works fine.
I've gone through a few designs of this and this one seems to be the most reliable so far, if anyone experiences a failure please let me know and maybe take photos of the part.
Use this at your own risk, failure can result in quite the racket and fins being bent and indented and potentially burnt out motor if left unattended. But I've not had a failure in the current version yet.
