Homebrew Probe Holders (DS18B20, STC1000) for Fermentation Vessel and Beer Barrel with bonus Drip Tray by MattLees

I found bubble wrap and tape a bit messy for attaching probes to the beer barrel and fermentation bin. I also made my own data logger using DS18B20 probes to go along with the STC1000 probe. So having two probes doubled the annoyance!
As moving probes between bins/ barrels was a pain, I 3d printed an insulated box where the probes sit in the gaps and are held against the bin/ barrel.
I've added a drip tray as a bonus as it was in the same Tinkercad project. It is big enough to sit slightly under the barrel and perfectly under the tap for those last drips once a nice homebrew has been poured!
A second bonus is a DS18B20 probe holder that slots into a shelf slot in my fridge. Again, I didn't want to tape the probe to the side of the fridge and this holds in nicely.
