Saw the SuperVolcano from E3D and was interested until I looked at the total price for everything. Too broke for that. Soooo let's make our own shall we? Dont know why I haven't thought of this before but it works and doing a little more testing before I upload more specifics(PID tuning, stress testing, speed print testing for possible linear advance changing or AutoTemp).
Basic idea is combining two normal V6 heater blocks back to back secured by a regular volcano nozzle. Power output potentially depends on your combination of thermistor and heater cartridge. My setup right now is running around 100W(the same power output of SuperVolcano). I recommend running the two cartridges in a matching setup and run only the thermistor nearest to the nozzle for printing temps. The other thermistor spot I use to monitor delta temps between the nozzle and heatsink. I also recommend wrapping the blocks with exhaust wrap you can find at the Auto store. Then seal those with RTF high-temp silicone. Ill probably make a "easy" mold for this specific setup that anyone can do at home. Later though, safety(testing) first.
