This is a small home that can go in a cliff. You enter on the main floor. On your left, there is a staircase and on the right there is a closet and a small powder room. going further into the house, there is a small kitchen. There are some bookshelves and a small living room on the right, and on the left there is a dining room. There is a large sliding door wall, as well as a normal door, that lead out to a balcony. The mezzanine level, there is an office area and a siting room. This could be used as an additional bedroom if another bathroom is added upstairs.The basement has a small sitting room with a tv. At the very back, there is a small laundry room. At the front there is a master bedroom with an en suite and a different bathroom with an en suite.
