Model of a new to build Holiday Inn.
This 200 mtr heigh building (38 stories) has an elipse shaped main structure with two symmetrical wings with restaurants and a swimming pool on the top floors.
The main tower is topped off with several luxurious penthouses with large balconies and winter gardens (a spectacular view over the surroundings)....The external stainless steel spine that is tied back every two floors to the main structure, together with the 7 cantilevered brise soleils on the top floors, gives the building its distinct appearance.
