This cube is a tolerance test for your printer. This cube is 1in X1in X 1in. The holes in the middle are .5in X .5in X .5in. This will test the tolerance and the bridging of your printer after you print this measure the cube and the hole that will show the tolerance of your printer. The tolerance will be helpful when designing pieces that fit together. if you don't account for the tolerance the pieces probably wont fit together.
