Update 2018/12/07: it seems to work very well, see the pictures... a.k.a. sh1t shovelled shuccessfully :D
Well, what can I say... just one thing, HMS stands for Horse Manure Shovel... Take that acronym experts :D
It was designed upon request by a colleague - she said that traditional shovels like the Mistboy would not work on gras or gras patches. So, an idea could be this comb shaped front with broad flattened fork tips - ideally the tips slide through the gras while still offering enough surface to keep everything together :)
Designed to fit exactly onto a TEVO Black Widow printer. The amount of filament required changes with perimeters and infill density of course. With 4 perimeters, 0,25mm layer height and 25%infill, I used ~190m filament or about 600 gram. For rigidity, I'd recommend using the 2d or 3d honeycomb infill pattern.
Use a 28mm wooden broom stick. You'll need 3 washers, a long (40mm) screw to screw in from bottom and two short ones o screw in from the front. These two prevent rotation, while the bottom one (with a washer) keeps the stick in the shovel.
Enjoy.
