Recently printed the Hero Me Gen 5 for my setup (the modularity is incredible) and noticed a few misaligned holes/notches with the Printermods.com MDD V1.3 for Ender 5 (unsure if designed/aligned perfect for MDD V1.2, Printermods has now released the V1.3 and unsure if there is a significant difference between the two)
Quick attempt to correct in Tinkercad to better fit the PM MDD V1.3 for Ender 5.
Update 08/24/20 2100hrs EDT: Assembled whole HMG5 for Ender 5 with MDD V1.3 with Linear Rail adapter/E3D V6/dual 5015/Dual ducts/EZABL mini: Found multiple little snags that are now updated:

Its impossible to tighten the Gantry_Clip_6 M3 bolts once you've attached the HMG5 base piece. I ended up muscling in the nuts in reverse into the round holes on the Gantry adapter meant for the Gantry_Clip_6 attachment. Thanks to Bisx for swapping out a hex nut recess for the clip attachment with their MDD v1.3 Gantry remix. This will allow tightening from the rear of the MDD gantry plate once the HMG5 base piece is secured to the gantry adapter. Latest and final file _V13B uploaded.

The Printermods.com Linear rail adapter for the Ender 5 MDD (The solid L shaped newer version, not the open Letter-D appearing older adapter) did not allow proper seating of the Gantry_Clip_6. Uploaded a revised Gantry_Clip_6_V2 listed below for use with the Linear rail adapter. Fitment is correct and alignment is proper. I will not be messing with the nut relief on the bottom of the Gantry Clip 6 to swap to a round relief for the head of the button M3 bolt. The round head fits fine in the hexagonal opening.

IF you use the linear rail adapter - you will need a M3x5mm bolt for the upper Gantry adapter attachment point (see photo above circled in red) - if you buy the hardware kit from Printermods.com: Make sure you buy the "Ultimate HMG5 hardware kit" instead of the "Ender 5 HMG5 hardware kit". This will give you the M3x5 (for lin rail adapter clearance) and M3x25 (for E3D V6 base hotend clip) you'll need for a setup similar to what I have built above.
Update 08/21/20 1200hrs EDT: Alignment finalized. Object test fit successful for all components.
Photos uploaded of original PM_Ender_E3D_Gantry_Adapter_6B.stl fit and remix final fitment, also with PM_Gantry_Clip_6/_V2.stl installed.
Note with _V13B.stl this should fit Printermods MDD for Ender 5 V1.3, the gantry adapter is labelled with V1.3.
Note: The "V1.3" text prints poorly (rookie mistake undersizing text), more for my own tracking of design changes within Tinkercad.
Anyone willing to test on an Ender 5 MDD V1.2 for proper fitment please let me know if it fits as well so I can update this listing.
Post processing note - due to the finicky nature of Tinkercad there is one little single layer wall at layer 24 (if using 0.2mm layer height) between the holes for the ABL mount up against the upper lip for the ABL mount. I can't get that little bit cleaned up in the design. There are no issues attaching the ABL mounts whether you enable ironing or not. Just be aware it is there (easily visible on layer preview in Cura).
Original file is the PM_Ender_E3D_Gantry_Adapter_6B.stl by THE man, the myth, the mediaman.
The original Gantry Adapter 6B is for the Printermods.com MDD V1.2 for Ender 5 (And potentially others) with an E3D hotend.
The offsets for Hotend/base attachment and ABL system are unchanged. The rightmost holes for attachment to the MDD gantry clip (that fits within a vertical slot in the MDD gantry plate) have been adjusted right by 1.75 mm. The notches on the top to allow the bolts for the OEM Ender 5 Derlin V-groove wheels to attach to the MDD gantry plate (or allow removal without disassembling entire HMG5 setup) have been adjusted 2.0 mm to the right as well.
Please see my remix for the PM_Gantry_Clip_6.stl as well, current file is too tall and does not allow for a positive securing to the plate. I've reduced the height of the clip to 3.25 mm to better match the MDD V1.3 plate thickness. Also completed a Gantry clip for linear rail adapter compatibility: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4573954
If you have a PM MDD V1.3 for Ender 5 this should solve your alignment/fitment issues.
Much credit to mediaman for the countless hours of designing and testing that has gone into this latest (and all) Hero Me releases.
