This is an adapter to make http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1532027 fit more comfortably when used by women.
It's for the hip harness attachment - used with the existing attachment to accomodate the "hourglass" type curves that most of us males just don't have around the hip area.
(My daughter mentioned that the existing attachment wasn't comfortable at the hip attachment point).
