This is a cover for the s-360-24 power supply that has a space for a volt meter and an IEC switched socket.
I removed the switch at the control board side, it is far better switching the mains at <2A than switching the 24V side at 15A!
The supply is like this one:

Google around for wiring. For the meter I connected the red and white together to +ve and the black to -ve. For the switch I took the L and N from the socket to the switch and the other side of the switch to the L and N connections on the supply with the earth being straight to the socket. You can see the wires for the neon in the switch attached to the terminals, if you connect this side to power supply the neon will be on when you switch it on rather than all the time.
Be aware that the IEC socket requires a 20mm fuse, I got some 3.15A slow blow 250V fuses from ebay.
