I made this as a filament guide/ cleaner / oiler for my Hictop 3DP-12 I3 clone.
I saved some time and used the back half of this Thingiverse file http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1229027 by user polpetras and modified it by adding the extension and cup for a piece of sponge.
I add a couple drops of vegetable oil to the sponge every 20 to 30 hours when printing PLA.
