I redesigned the top of the z axis as to increase reliability of my Hictop i3.
These are the bearings I used:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002BBD6X4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The screws at the top are to hold down the Liner Rods. When you print the part there will be a hole above the rods. You will need to tap the hole with an M6 Bolt.. Before you screw it on add a jam nut and the a lock washer. Get a bolt long enough to accommodate the nut and washer with a little space to spare when you screw the bolt down to the rod, I forget the length. Remember; when you screw the bolt down to the rod, turn it until it makes contact with a little snugness. You do not want to thif the front of the Z Top Up. Once you have the bolt contacting the rod, hold the bolt in place with proper allen wrench and use a wrench to tighten jam nut down to the Z Top to prevent the bolt from backing off.
