Hictop 3DP17 Marlin latest firmware configuration by vlachoudis

Hictop 3DP17 Configuration files for the latest (today 1.1.9) official firmware of Marlin https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Marlin.
Should work with the board http://www.hictop3dprinter.com/sale-8058049-3d-printer-control-board-v1-3-reprap-arduino-compatible-motherboard.html
The changes are created by comparing the original firmware of Hictop that was branched from Marlin (most probably) at SHA1 = b726511.
I've found the differences and propagate them to the latest firmware of today (16.12.2018).
All values that was used by hictop are flagged with // Hictop
All values that are fine-tuned by me are flagged with // BNV
e.g. reduced acceleration, jerk to avoid vibrations of the machine or multiple triggers from the rotary encoder.
If you download a later version that what I've modified, do the comparison with the files Configuration.h Configuration_adv.h and pins_RAMPS.h
All hictop functionality is supported (including filament detector) and additionally I've enabled the saving to eeprom, babystepping
