I found the heat inside on the board was getting to be a bit much so added a fan duct system one to intake cool air and one to exhaust hot air from the main board to circulate the air on the wires preventing and over heating on the board I had one fire on the board which was fixed but could have been user error on that.......well I am about 90% sure that is the cause.
So out of that I created this design to attach to my enclosure which will give it enough space that it is not too close to the 3d printer but not too far that the fan has to work that hard.
The last picture is of the 12v high-temp alarm board which has a sensor for temp control which works great. Have a feeling I will be using this board on other projects in the future but has been on this printer here for over a year and over 22 days of total print time on the board.
Will probably make a revision on this in the future and make some changes adding things like mounts for the screw holes and a insert mount between the material.
On the bottom piece I just inserted the main board into it and marked the holes and then drilled them out worked great but would make screw holes in the future for that as well. possibly a better enclosure as well
