Currently owned by Heritage Isle Credit Union, this late 1900s, 3 story, modernist building is located between St John Street and Criterion lane in the inner CBD of Launceston. This structure was built on the site of a late 1800s, 3 story, Gothic Revival style building which was unfortunately demolished along with many other elegant historic buildings along the adjacent portion of St John Street.
