This is the extension plate for the Rowan belt conversion combined with the end plate for the Skywatcher HEQ5 Pro, it fits perfectly and looks very neat, this version includes holes for power connectors for various kit and dew heaters.
I used 4 of these 5.5MM x 2.1MM female jack sockets https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B078W56TVN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
2 x RCA female panel mount connectors with 6mm threaded back for small dew heaters
all wired together pin positive at the back and negative to the outside
