This is a remix of Elescar's Ender 5 mount and Joe Casha's Ender 3 mount https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-ender-3-e3d-hemera-mount-105802
This should work on any Ender 5, I installed it on mine that has a liner rail mod. A couple of things that I discovered in the process: Use the cable that comes with the Hemera kit for the extruder motor. I tried to use the Ender 5 cable and I think the wiring is different, just not reversed. At first it would not drive at all, just chattered using the original cable, switched to the Hemera cable and worked great. You will also loose about 10 - 15mm on the right side and front. I measured the extrusion and came up with 340 esteps. I have seen many numbers for this value 463, 415 etc. I measured 250mm extrusion with 340 and was within 1 - 2mm.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mSIcFcq5_Ww
I also have a top filament holder https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-ender-5-top-filamnet-holder-108644
2020-01-04 Update.
I have had a request to have a EZABL mini version. I have not tested as I do not have one. Let me know if it works or not. I can also provide a link to Tinkercad so you can make your own.
I have added a side mount for a bowden tube for support of the wiring. I am printing this now for the standard EZABL. I will use this on my second Ender 5.
If you look at the pictures from the original you will see how I strapped a bowden tube to the side fro support. This is an attempt to make it a part of the design. This supports the cabling from the Hemera to the control board.
I have also added a PDF document that shows the wiring from the Hemera to the control board.
I found a good solution to correct the Hemera and fan from hitting the front crossbar.https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3876601
This is a simple way to get more area for the extruder to move forward. I also thought about the problems of installing the Hemera on a standard Ender 5, I don't think the wires will reach the control board mounted in the standard case. Here is a link to the mod I did to move the electronics to the back of the printer. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3908933
