Update: Including my BLTouch mount.
This is a remix of the mounting plate for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4042492. The plate has an additional mount for a holder that the breakout board attaches to. For the extruder which is flipped there is a plate that has an offset for the fan and duct so that they properly line up with the nozzle. The only item you need to print from the original is the duct. For the reversed side just mirror the duct.
