Features 2 revolutionary execution units in that each execution unit has 2 identical sub execution units and 1 sub execution unit manager. Each execution unit can operate in single or dual mode allowing both sub execution units to work in unison or independently. Each core has 2 large pipelines that can switch between single and dual lane mode. Sub execution units can be turned off when not needed reducing power consumption.
