"Heavy duty" 30 mm Thorlabs-style cage mount

A simple mount for the Thorlabs style 30 mm cage system that is based on 6 mm diameter rods.
It either mounts a cage onto a post or plate with an M4 screw or bolt, or it can even join two cage systems together because of the pairs of cage-rod clamps.
