The heart can be printed with or without text:
Without text: Download the .stl file and slice it e.g. in Cura.
With text:
Download Blender: https://www.blender.org/download/
Open the "heart_with_text.blend" file in Blender
Select the text you want to edit
Press the TAB key on your keyboard
Write your desired text
Press "File"> "Export"> ".stl"
You now have the .stl file with your own text
