There are any number of headphone holders here on Thingiverse, and perhaps I didn't look hard enough but I wanted one with a large flat back panel so it could be stuck on with double-sided adhesive tape rather than a clip-on or screw-on design.
That's exactly what this one has. This was so it could be stuck onto the side of an IKEA EKBY ALEX shelf / desktop drawer set.
It also has two 3.2mm (1/8") dia screw holes in case you want to fasten it that way instead.
I added the rounded corners to the curved flange after the photos were taken.
This one was made from blue ABS but any filament material would do. No support or raft is needed, infill was 20% but even 10% or 5% would be fine, most computer headphones aren't heavy.
Feel free to modify the OpenSCAD script to your liking.
