Fictional warship of the Royal Danish Navy. The Aegir was a development that followed the successfully Absalon design. She is however a larger ship that is geared towards Theater Defense with her 192 modular missile launchers which are fully integrated into NATO’s ABM system. The Aegir is the first non American/British warship to feature a magnetic accelerator cannon (or railgun).
