CDA Heavy Attack Helicopter “Raven” The Corb was designed in conjunction with the Erroi. Whereas speed and maneuverability were the emphasis on the Erroi, the Corb put emphasis on Armor and firepower. The frame, controls, and rotor gearing are the same between the two. The Corb is roughly 35% heavier than the Erroi, meaning its top speed is on 235mph Engines are larger than the Erroi, to compensate for the larger size. In addition, the rear gear was moved to the rear to add stability when taxiing on the ground. Armament is substantial, the Corb can carry up to 24 MPUh missles under, each which are fire and forget. The Battle control system allows the Corb to engage in 2 separate targets at one time while maintaining tabs on up to 16 additional targets. The system is also able to prioritize the targets based on parameters loaded into it to suit mission demands. The Crew Cockpit has been armored, with a tub of titanium that wraps the crew. The 22mm Cannon holds 700 rounds and has 360 degree rotation and engagement. The Egg Pod 2 on top of the rotors, containing both Cameras and Millimeter wave radar, allow the Erroi to gather information from behind obstacles, such as Trees, Buildings, Hills, etc.… In Addition the Egg Pod 2 will guide offensive weapons to the target while the Erroi remains hidden (think Apache Longbow). Crew: 2 Weapons: Up to 24ea MPUh - Missil Petit Universal (Hellfire Analog) Up to 6ea M9 Spin Guided Rocket Pods. Each pod holds 37ea Rockets. 1ea 22mm Rapid Fire Light Cannon (700 rounds) used for anti-personnel and armored targets 1ea Egg Pod 2 In addition to the offensive weaponry, the Corb has an automatic flare and chaff dispencers. The Corb is still in Production.
