Yes, there is a typo on the pictures. It's HC244 ;)
This is by far the easiest chassis. Only smooth test print cube is easier than this ;)
It would be even more hilarious if someone tipped me for that xD
The device itself is a line driver for in circuit programming using ICSP port of XGecu TL866 programmers. Please note that not all devices had this port.
Cut legs protruding from PCB bottom side to less than 1mm.
You might want to skim the inner surface of the chassis near white socket, so it all nicely fits inside as in pictures.
When you're happy with the fit, add a little bit of glue on the bottom of PCB with chassis/sleeve in its place (also on the picture). Add it on both sides along the edge.
Done.
