Highly detailed object for Vue8 and greater.

Hayes-Anderson went on to produce one of the most compelling bus designs of its day, the 1936-1937 Hayes Teardrop, which was inspired by the aerodynamic shape of the 1934-1937 Chrysler Airflow. Only 17 Teardrop buses were made, all built exclusively for the Pacific Stage Lines. Before the Second World War, the Hayes Teardrop buses were the pride of the fleet, but such was the advancement of vehicle technology during the conflict, when peace returned, they were decidedly ‘old fashioned’. They quickly were demoted to second-string service as newer vehicles arrived.

Pacific Stage Lines #63 was manufactured by Hayes-Anderson in 1937 and powered by a Hercules engine.
