This is a template I came up with for creating hard sector disks from soft sector ones. This template is for 10 sector floppies used in old Northstar and Heathkit computers.
To use:
Match both sides of the template holes with the index hold of the disk.
Then snap or bolt together
To create the holes, I used a high power laser to burn them through the disk.
Otherwise, you will need to use your own ingenuity to create them
From here just rotate the disk until the template hole aligns with the index window and create the new hole.
So far I have used the version without hand holds to create a box of hard sector disks all of which worked in my Northstar computer.
