Handle Replacement for Wide Mouth Water Bottle by kmbs

My daughter snapped the handle of her Nalgene wide mouth water bottle. It's next to impossible to buy a replacement where I lived. This is a simple handle replacement that could be removed or attached permanently. Default STL is for a replacement handle without clip cover and 1mm gap between clip and cap.
Gap and clip generation could be customized. Adjustable using OpenSCAD or Customizer (http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=1757404)
