This is an adapter for the China Hailong e-bike Battery case made to fit the Dutch Gazelle Orange Pure bike.
I did not want to drill 2 extra holes in my frame to fit 2 M5 rivet nuts as I want to keep the setup upgradable in both battery and bike aspect.
I decided to create an adapter that uses Zip-ties to the top of the down tube and 2 bolts to the bottle holder on the frame. the shape of the adapter keeps it from moving and creating excess force on the original bottle holder nuts.
The bike frame was scanned with a iSense scanner to make it fit snugly
I created an adapter with a space inside to hide all electronics (250W 36V) and cables (motor and PAS) to make it a clean looking install, and an adapter if you want to use the original provided electronics box.
it uses Stainless M5 screws (2 cilinder head for the Bottle holder mounts, 2 flat head for the battery mount) and 2 Stainless M5 nuts to secure the battery at the top leaving 3 mounting points on the battery itself. 2 bolts to the frame, and 2 large zip-ties on the frame at the top to prevent excess force.
The ESC box version has a bleeder hole to let out water from rain and condensation.
In the end, I printed both, and used the one without electronics box incorporated as my Electronics had pre-made weatherproof cables that were too long to fit inside the box. The wires now run along the horizontal tube to the provided box on the vertical frame so that I do not have to cut wires.
If you do not have the EUNORAU KIT but a kit with a bunch of wires coming out of the speed controller use the one with electronics box incorporated for a clean install.
