I loved the original Gryphon blaster from Flygonial and I built a pistol style as a remix.https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3576276
As an (electrical) engineer I thought the design very well thought out and really adaptable. Compared to any nerf gun I have used, this design is way more accurate.
I had been modifying Stryfe and other flywheel blasters to make them full-auto.
I wanted to learn some 3D CAD so decided I'd load up the Fusion360 from Flygonial and have a play.
What I've uploaded is my modifications to allow the use of a basic TT motor as an automated pusher. It's not meant to last forever or be used in competitive play, if such a thing exists.
The magwell, flywheels, rails, stock are ALL completely stock. I have only made changes to the pusher and trigged setup.
I have attached the modified Fusion360 files. My skills with the tool are pretty poor. I am sure people could tweak things further.
To make this, in addition to the magwell, motors etc you will need:

A return spring.

Some wire. 22 AWG is fine as it's only for the pusher.
You will need familiarity with the original design, but look at that, the exploded view and things should make sense. There is also a great video on youtube with a full build.
Its operation is really simple. As the flywheel trigger is pulled it applies power to the flywheel motors. This power also routes to the new trigger microswitch. This is then switched to the pusher TT motor. All ground connections go back to the battery BLACK.
The TT motor rotates and pushes the partially-toothed cog along the pusher rack, which pushes the dart into the flywheels. As the cog continues to turn there are no teeth and so the return spring pulls the pusher back hard and the process continues over and over.
My blaster was printed black as that's all I had laying around. It's not meant to be a replica gun and it's only used in my backyard.
I used OOD Valkyrie 130 3s motors, and WORKER Mod Straight Grain Power flywheels.
A 3S LiPo in the stock 1.5Ah powers it. My cage was a 43mm type.
I do not have a chrono but it roughly shoots 6 darts per sec and they come out pretty hard. They sting and make people say ouch :-)
