I designed this to specifically be printed on a home FDM printer, makerbot, Lulzbot, i3 Prusa, reprap etc. My test print was done in PLA using the following settings:

Slic3r/Pronterface
T: 185
B: 60, then off
Noz: .35mm
LH: 1.5mm
FLH: 3.0mm
Speed: 80mm/s
Travel speed: 150mm/s
Infill: 10%
Brim: 6mm
No support: support is built in.
Print time: +10hrs

***I tried printing it with a bit faster speeds and taller layer height, .25mm and I ran into problems with some of the finer detail, the arm breaking etc. so I really recommend trying to stay as close to my settings as possible for best results....

Overall, the print came out great as you can see, I had some issues with the hand that holds the hat but I've added in a gusset and I'm testing out the build characteristics of that section right now. The uploaded file includes this update and should print out ok. Obviously PLA wouldn't work as a functional mug but if you printed this with Taulman 3D T-glase, which is FDA approved food safe, then this could work as a functional mug.

The print consists of 3 files, the main body, the construction hat, which is attached via an M3x20mm bolt, and the coaster. All files have been repaired, dimension ed and are print ready. Just import them into your slic3r and you're good to go.
