A remix of the GoPro Hero 4 Session Frame by fabioemendoza
I added a flanged opening. This acts both as a sun shade so light crossing the lens doesn't artificially brighten the scene in front of the lens, and to block out reflections from glass.
The main purpose of this mod was to take photos using the suction cup mount. This makes it so all reflections from the window in front of the camera are eliminated.
I found a wood PLA filament did the best job of blocking light. It's also quite light when printed compared to the straight PLA. (And it looks better sanded!)
[edit] The Wood PLA actually melted in the sun!
