Goll Woods Nature Preserve (Entry Sign)

Located on the edge of the Tiffin River, Goll Woods is a nature preserve situated in Fulton County in extreme northwest Ohio. Ranging between 200-to-400 years in age, a multitude of Black Swamp era trees stand majestically throughout this tranquil grove. A wide variety of shrubs and wildflowers call Goll Woods home as well. The main entrance, where this sign is erected, lies on the east side of Township Road 26, between Township Road E and County Road F. The easiest route to Goll Woods is to follow Ohio State Route 2 east from Stryker, Ohio, or west from Archbold, Ohio, until you reach Township Road 26. Then, turn north and travel about 2.25 miles to the main parking lot.
