Totally Remix of "Arcade BarTop by LisBonMeKat" for my 12 years old son to be printed on a laser cutter TROTEC SPEEDY 300, with plywood 10 mm (should work with MDF too). I kept approximatively the same size and aspect ratio (51 cm wide).
Added a front hole for dual usb port, a rear hole for power.
Front and rear panels are removable with screws for easier maintainance I used Raspberry PI 3 and a 2 players arcade kit with led from EG Start selling for 49 euros on Amazon (Holes are 28 mm wide)
I designed it to fit a 5/4 17'' DELL E173FP screen , but it can be adapted.
I've created 8 svg file with Inkscape and some plugins (Quickjoint) in order to use less screws.
Need 7 sheets of 10 mm plywood and 1 sheet a 3 mm.
1 - 660 x 425 x 10
2 - 660 x 425 x 10
3 - 520 x 405 x 10
4 - 500 x 220 x 10
5 - 515 x 265 x 10
6 - 515 x 365 x 10
7 - 520 x 310 x 10
8 - 520 x 130 x 3
Total : 40 euros in Leroy Merlin store (Poplar Plywood).30 euros for laser cut in fablab.
I used blue for laser cut, green should not be printed, only for information (can be delete).
