Glue-down foot for Prusa Mk3S with quick-release by Gerstacker

If you're using a concrete paver for reduction of noise and ringing artifacts, this gives you a much stiffer connection between the printer and the paver than the stock rubber feet do.
Put a nut over the head of each key.
Key goes into slot on bottom of aluminum frame extrusion and turns 90 degrees.
Fit base over bottom of key and snug down nut.
Glue bases to your concrete paver. I used epoxy with Kevlar pulp for good gap-filling and levelling.
Then, any time you need to get underneath your printer you just have to loosen the nuts and lift it off. You'll probably want another set of hands to remove the keys before you set the printer down on a table.
I have XY acceleration at 1500 m/s^2 and haven't seen any trace of ringing artifacts around sharp corners since setting these up.
