This is a derivative based on Jennifer Schachter's Laser Cut Maker Puzzle, built with Adam Savage for Tested.com's SXSW 2017 Scavenger Hunt. Details and original engraving/cutting/assembly tips at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2240542.
We thought it would be fun to have scaled-up versions of some of the tools and art in Schac_attack's design, and got started with the mighty screwdriver!
The files are tweaked to be cut on an Epilog Zing 40 watts laser cutter using the color mapping option. Cut and engrave on cardboard and/or chipboard, glue together and you're done!
Color-mapping settings:
Raster engrave (blue) - Speed 100 Power 50 Frequency 500
Vector engrave (green) - Speed 100 Power 3 Frequency 500
Vector cut (red) - Speed 100 Power 70 Frequency 500
