Here's my fix for the Spirit Halloween Proton Pack V-Hook Mount for use with the new Spengler Wand. Since the wand already comes pre-equipped with the metal Female section of the V-Hook, here's just the Male section that attaches to the pack. Use the stock screws to hold the base in place then use 2 wood screws to attach the mount. The Spengler wand should fit perfectly! Hope this helps... lemme know what you think.
