Built in 1932 by engineer Yuri Kalin, the building took severe damage during WW2. Reconstructed in 1956 by team of students from Moscow after original drawings found in the basement. Was used as a dorm from 1956 to 1990. Abandoned 1991-1994. Bought by someone in 21 July 1994, who died in the building, after his testament, I got the building and started to repair it. Electricity and water (drilled well). Building is haunted. There is five children and a young male with long blond hair seen on site several times by many people. Window by Kolbe used in model.
